Drink Plenty of Water

Ideally the recommended amount of water you should drink is eight glasses a day. If you exercise vigorously you will require more. Caffeine drinks are diuretics and do not count. They will dehydrate you and cause tiredness. Instead try drinking hot water with a slice of lemon.

Eat Lots of Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, Nuts and Grains

At least five servings of fruit and vegetables a day is recommended.  Home juicers can make the task much easier. Just one glass of fruit juice  gives you a very healthy balance of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Maintain a Healthy Diet

A healthy and balanced diet consisting of protein, carbohydrates, fats, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals will supply the nutrients required to promote health.

Benefit with Exercise

With so many health benefits, exercise must play an important role in our lives. It does not have to be expensive or take up too much time. As little as half an hour of moderate activity each day, such as brisk walking can be enough to improve health and fitness. There are many forms of exercise to suit any kind of lifestyle.

Nourish Your Skin

Jojoba is a natural moisturizer for the skin. The oil is similar to the natural sebum of whale. Yogurt is also a very important natural beauty resource.

A refreshing exfoliate with a mix of olive oil and either sea salt or sugar will give your body a natural healthy glow.

Moisturize your hands with olive oil. Your feet will also benefit by massaging with olive oil and leaving on overnight. They will feel absolutely wonderful next morning, but remember to wear socks in bed.

Add Shine To Your Hair

Hair conditioner. Mix an egg white, one tablespoon of honey, and the juice of one lemon or lime. Apply all over the hair and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash hair with cool water. For best results do this twice a month.   

Hair toner. Use chamomile and rosemary tea in your last rinse once a week.
